This Saturday, July 17th, Tech Propulsion Labs CTO Dan Shupp will lead an open discussion for everyone in Saigon interested in Agile Software Development and the Scrum process: “How to be a great Scrum Master.”

The event assumes that you have some basic knowledge of Scrum. It will focus specifically on
- the Scrum Master role
- how and why it’s different from traditional project management,
- some case studiesof good and bad Scrum Master Responses
- Q&A
Anyone running Agile teams, working in a startup, or thinking about either of those is encouraged to join.
The event will be held upstairs at 1pm at the Highlands Coffee on Nguyen Du Street, Q1. No registration is necessary, but seats are limited.

Vietnam as a whole might not be an automatic fit for scrum, but any Vietnamese person who can work openly and wants to improve is ready :)
Is there going to be a webcast?
Yes indeed! I have this experience also at our software company. After a while I believe Scrum fits best and works in Vietnam. It depends on how we introduce it. Unfortunately I missed todays event. Would appreciate if we can have a chat about it with a beer ;)
